  • Loop impedance (L-PE) without FI/RCD tripping and short-circuit current.
  • Testing of FI/RCD circuit breakers, standard and delayed (S), type AC, A, F, B, B+, EV, MI with AUTO test, contact voltage, tripping time and tripping current (ramp test).

Note:
The BENNING IT 130 supports testing of EV RCDs with measurement of the tripping current (RCD I) with 6 mA DC ramp and testing of the tripping time (RCDt) with 6 mA DC of residual direct current monitoring devices.
To provide more comprehensive and convenient testing of wallboxes, when purchasing new equipment we recommend the BENNING IT 200 installation tester (044106) in addition to the BENNING EV 3-2 test adapter (044169). Alongside the enhanced tripping time measurement – which can also be performed at 60 mA DC and 200 mA DC – according to IEC 62955, the BENNING IT 200 also has Auto Sequences® designed specifically for testing wallboxes. The prescribed visual inspection can also be stored and documented directly on the BENNING IT 200.
