eServices/Interfaces
Supported online interfaces in the SFS eShop
eServices and interfaces play an important role in the digital transformation of companies and enable seamless integration and interaction between different systems and applications. We present the common eServices and interfaces that SFS uses:
An electronic catalogue is quickly and easily integrated into the procurement system. It provides access to the latest and most up-to-date product and service information.
ComNorm is an ERP interface for the carpentry and timber construction industry.
OCI and PunchOut mechanisms control the electronic exchange of data between customers and suppliers in e-commerce and procurement systems.
eBill enables invoices to be sent electronically to customers, which can then be received and processed directly in the online banking system.
EDI enables companies to exchange business documents electronically in a standardised format.
The main aim of purchasing platforms is to increase the efficiency of procurement processes by providing electronic support, while marketplaces focus on network effects along the entire value chain.

eScan - Practical help for the eShop
eScan stands for fast and efficient order entry using barcodes. With the small barcode scanner, order information can be captured in seconds and then transmitted to the eShop. Corresponding barcode labels can be created in the eShop. Alternatively, the EAN codes on the packaging can also be scanned. The barcode scanners are available in the SFS online shop.
